Now you no longer need to reinstall each time, just delete the files in the main. I reran LOOT and Wrye Bash, and still the same crap. This is by no means every time, but the freeze only ever happens a few seconds after a load or during an autosave. After that, I seem to freeze when either I fast travel or enter a city. After reloading several times, I just went back to an earlier save, and everything was well. First, I loaded up a save of me leaving Solitude, and after a couple of seconds, it freezes (with background audio still running fine) - this always happened during autosave, forcing me to kill it via task manager.
